Trevor Rogers is a skilled and passionate trial attorney. Trevor concentrates his practice in the areas of catastrophic injury and civil rights litigation. Trevor represents individuals in complex matters involving wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability (slip and falls), dog bite incidents, and civil rights violations.
Trevor earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, he distinguished himself through academic excellence and a commitment to public service, laying the foundation for a career rooted in advocacy and litigation.
He began his legal career as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he developed extensive courtroom experience and honed his litigation skills. In that role, he prosecuted a wide range of cases and appeared regularly in court, gaining invaluable insight into trial practice and legal strategy.
Licensed to practice in both Illinois and Indiana, Trevor brings a strong regional presence and a deep understanding of the legal systems across state lines. His approach is client-centered and results-driven, and he is known for his thorough preparation, persuasive advocacy, and unwavering commitment to justice.
