Jeremy D. Lee is a Senior Associate Attorney at Karchmar & Lambert, P.C. Mr. Lee concentrates his practice on personal injury, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death claims. He has successfully tried 28 jury trials to verdict in numerous Illinois counties and has arbitrated over 100 binding and non-binding cases through mandatory arbitration, ADR Systems, and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Lee has obtained millions of dollars for his clients through settlements and litigation, including a $1.5 million dollar recovery for the family of an elderly man who was fatally struck by a vehicle while he was walking through a parking lot. Additionally, Mr. Lee was named by Super Lawyers Magazine as an Illinois Rising Star, a distinction given to less than 2.5% of lawyers in Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association.
Mr. Lee earned his Juris Doctor, with a Certificate in Labor and Employment Law, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May of 2011. During law school, Mr. Lee received CALI Awards for the highest grade in Professional Responsibility and Employment Discrimination Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
